Founded in 2006 by Chris Boulter, Cantium Developments has quickly become established as a major property company across Southern England and beyond, having built up a diverse and active portfolio spanning the office, distribution and retail sectors, currently totalling some 500,000 sq ft, together with land in excess of 150 acres. The business, which has its offices in Worthing and London, has been an active and profitable trader, returning significant margins on a spread of transactions, including in Kent and the Midlands.
